3 HANDS WORK!!

I did this with my 2 dear friends and fucking awesome and inspirational designers from GM Arthur Martins (car`s exterior) and Leandro Trovati (car`s interior) The background was my task. God bless you guys!

I saw a screen saver on a desktop from a friend of mine at GM (Stefano, a.k.a Teteh), It was a smoke flowing or something, I love the composition and it was enough to make me imagine this freaking guy. I painted this one listening to Passion of the Christ`s soundtrack (that is wonderfully scary). That`s it.

More ships for a project I already started but didn`t have much time to make progress. It`s a entire new environment for Star Wars , trying to get the design language of the original trilogy. More to come...

I-WING

Another ship with an original trilogy feeling. Geometrical lines, no lead ins, very basic shapes with a variable geometry for the wing. It spins around the central body during a dog fight , in order to be difficult target for the Tie Fighters . I also added the views. 

Upgrade

Upgrade!! After a conversation with a friend  I noticed that the last one was too "heavy"  and didn`t show to much functionality. So I decided to create a variable geometry for the wings (they split in two for fight mode) and put a turret beside the wings. I added a stabilizer and minimized and duplicated the engine. The ship looks lighter and slim now. Thanks Russell!!!

Star Wars . I've put an original trilogy DNA in this one.  More to come!

CG CON 2009!

I`ve spent 5 fantastic days in Los Angeles listening and meeting some of the greatest and most inspiring and creative concept artists. Again, fantastic days!! A special thanks to Diego Rojas (my brother!) and Jean -Eric, you did a great job! And THANKS A LOT To Ryan Church, Joel dos Reis Viegas and David Levy (the Steambot Studio guys), Mark Goerner and Scott Robertson for the special attention you gave me and to all speakers of this wonderful and creative event.
